Terms and Conditions of Engino STEM Camp 

1. The right to participate in the camp organized by ENGINO-NET LIMITED under the name “Engino Camp” is granted to children of age between 9 to 14, pending their parents’ / guardians’ approval. The participants should be healthy, willing to cooperate with the rest of the participants and comply with the rules and instructions of their captain and their head of activities. Please, inform us accordingly if your child has any health issues.

2. The activities that children will take are entertaining and educational. However, in order to avoid accidents, all children should comply with the instructions and advice of the camp captain and the teachers in charge. Otherwise, they will be expelled from the camp without a refund.

3. In order for the children to take part in swimming activities, there should be consent from the parents/guardians in a special part of the application form. With consent, parents/guardians assure that their children know how to swim.

4. The participants are obliged to comply with the rules of their team leaders concerning everything related to the schedule and the various activities. In case of misbehavior and failure to comply with the rules, the Camp Leader can expel a participant. Engino.net Ltd, as the organizer of ENGINO CAMP, collaborates with experienced and professional guardians and uses qualified, certified, and suitable-for-use activity equipment, and the liability is limited to only those for the best possible child safety.

5. Please fill out the application form located online. The content of the application should be known and accepted by the parent/guardian.

6. The cost of participation is €499 (including VAT) and includes accommodation and meals, as well as the participation of children in all planned activities. For the participation of 2 kids the cost is €879 and for 3 kids is €1209.

7. Payment can be made online via or in our Engino Store in the Kolonakiou area, Limassol. 

8. You are informed that in the various activities organized by Engino®, photographic and video material is captured, which is used for better communication of the work produced during our camps with the ultimate goal of better promotion of the innovative and award-winning products we manufacture both in Cyprus, as well as abroad. Because of the difficulty of separating children during the activities, if there is a parent/guardian that doesn’t consent then the application may not be valid.

9. Cancellation policy: If during the registration period, the available slots are filled, or the company has deemed necessary the cancelation of a slot the total amount paid will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation after the deadline or due to the departure of the participant from the camp, either for personal reasons or due to non-compliance, the full amount will be retained. If during the campsite it is found that the child's behavior is inappropriate and may endanger himself or other children, then his participation will be interrupted, and the guardian will be asked to pick it up directly from the hotel. In this case, no amount will be refunded. If nonparticipation is decided after registration and payment, then 75% of the payment will be refunded if the company is informed 1 week before the start of the camp. Otherwise, the full amount of the payment will be deducted.

10. The camp’s captain and the camp’s team leaders of Engino Camp have the right not to allow any of the camp’s participants to get involved with one or more camp activities if he/she shows dangerous conduct for themselves or for their team. This is not a reason for compensation.

11. Our hotel/campsite is covered by General Liability insurance. This insurance does not cover loss or damages of personal items (clothes or other). Damages’ expenses to the facilities or equipment resulting from participants’ dangerous behavior will be borne by those responsible.

12. What can children bring along with them: small backpack, personal water bottle, large and small towel, flip flops and bathing suit, trainers, underwear, socks, pyjamas, shorts and jeans, t-shirts, notepad, pens and pencils, tissues, hairbrush, toothpaste and toothbrush, hat, sunscreen for face and body, after-sun cream, trash bag. They can also bring books, musical instruments, rackets, cameras, and anything else that will make their stay more comfortable. It would be better to avoid bringing any food or electronic games.

13. The use of mobile phones is allowed only for communication reasons between the children and their parents/guardians. Children are allowed to use their mobile phones to contact their parents/guardians during their free time, but not during activities. Alternatively, there will be cable phones available in each room that you can get connected to if you call the hotel and mention the room number to the receptionist. For emergency calls, you can contact the camp’s captain or the hotel.

14. Parents / Guardians' friends can visit their children during the camp only if it is necessary. For security reasons and for keeping up with the schedule, visits can take place only before communicating with the camp leader. On the last night of our camp, there will be an open event for parents/guardians and
friends where children will show them their constructions and inventions! In case the parents/guardians wish to participate in the dinner as well please contact the activities@engino.net well in advance to settle the costs.

16. In case the camp is canceled, the full amount will be refunded.
